When I suggested to you to update your DNS settings, you did not do it.

Probabily you did not understand.

Check here:

Type mx:mail.desimoron.com in the search.

You will see that there are no entries for mx of the domain!

Hence, you can dance on your head. The emails shall not come to your server.

It is like sending a letter to the person of known first and last name with the address but the city is unknown.

Without inserting the IP 107.155.72.250 in the DNS server dns4.bigrock.in or removing all dns*.bigrock.in, you cannot receive any emails.

The best is to tell your provider to enter ns1.desimoron.com and ns2.desimoron.com in their domain registration data. Then all the dns*.bigrock.in will be removed and your nameserver ns*.desimoron.com will be activated.

Currently, your nameservers are active but not used. Your provider does not make your nameservers as parent but makes dns*.bigrock.in as parent.

To use dns*.bigrock.in is an advantage because it gives you a redundant nameserver service.

This is useless if you cannot receive an email or if they do not make a proper entry of mx servers.

Hi,

Details of SSL cettificates are stored in kloxo database in sslcert table.

Just login this table through any webinterface for mysql and simply delete the certificate you want.

Thereafter, it will not appear in the listing.

After you add or create a new one, it will be generated again and stored under the home dir where ssl dir is.

There nothing wierd if there are DNS zone file problems.

When you login roundcube and send an email, you are not connecting qmail with any ip address other than localhost for the relay.

When you want to receive an email than the email server must be found. This is possible if and only if the ip address is correctly configured in zone files.

If you try to send an email to your email server from googlemal then you will see the message.

Make a try and give the undelivered messahe headers here. Most likely there is be a similar undelivered of denial like rcphosts not existent...

Because Mustafa changes certain aspects and releases versions rapidly. He kept on revising certains php scripts in kloxomr and providing it as updates.

One of the very important improvement that required an urgent update was that of tokens in forms.

When you installed, that was the latest at that time. So you need to make an update.

By the time you start, it is possible that Mustafa finds some minor problems and updates the rpms, or a different problem appears and makes an update.

Do one more trick.

Create all external nameservers dns*.bigrock.in in KloxoMr control Panel as mentioned under the category Parent in:

http://www.intodns.com/desimoron.com

Change in the General Settings SOA and make dns4.bigrock.in and Primary Nameserver.

Request incero.com to add a subdomain webmail.desimoron.com with the Ip address off your server.

Wait for a few hours until the Zonefiles gets updated. Then lets see if your webmail connection works.

I suspect that there are two Nameservers, namely dns4.bigrock.in and ns1.desimoron.com, both claiming to be SOA Primary Namesevers.

In this case, your webmail.desimoron.com tries to connect with dns4.bigrock.in but cannot find any information on the Ip Address of webmail.desimoron.com.

Thus, there is a connection error.

I never said anywhere in the messages above that "my complain regarding SSL" has anything to do with the problem reported by Mella.

Nor Mella has anywhere directly mentioned that it could be regarding SSL.

It is your "arrogant mentality to boss around and feel that you kow the best"  that lets you see the world how you see it.

You are the guy hanging around here to make your own profit using a free panel. We are not doing that way. We are working hard to suppiort non-profit organizations. Kloxo and Kloxo-Mr are both fine for non-profits.

You should leave and pay for a panel and leave all users of non-profits in peace.

I do think, and shall not change my mind if you bark any further, that Mustafa has made dramatic mistakes in the developments.

Mustafa may contradict to my statements. You may not. You may not bark on other users on any negative expressions.

The non-profit I was supporting has already decided not to use Kloxo-MR any more because of many real and severe problems.

So either keep your mouth shut or just take a distance on my messages and exchanges with Mustafa. After all, Mustafa knows that I do not hate him or his work. The opposite, he knows, or should have known that I like his work and thats the reason why I support other users of his work.

You should look for a different forum to bark and express your arrogance.

I did not receive a lot of help from any one here, not from you, not from Mustafa or anyone.

I am here to help people of Mustafa's community and I do not need to leave.

What you mean 'fixed this manually'?. How?.

Listen, everybody has to go through fixing manually.

To avoid that, I have written a cron for every five minutes to do the following:

cp /etc/webmin/miniserv.pem /var/qmail/control/servercert.pem
chown root:qmail /var/qmail/control/servercert.pem
chmod 0644 /var/qmail/control/servercert.pem

This helps me to not to fix things manually. Its been a long time I have stopped reporting such things after I found your attitudes to development to be very restrictive.

I have suggested so many times that you should make every area of Kloxo-MR using SSL to work really proper. For this, a proper management is required.

Servercert.pem in /var/qmail/control/servercert.pem is one of the problem.

The  subdomain webmail.desimoron.com is working. Smtp port 25 is open and working. Everything with the email server is fine and working.

I do not know if you check emails with SSL/TLS. If it does not work then it may be that SSL certificate is curropted or something is wrong there.

The problem is NOT with the remote email server.

If your local email client is not working then check with your email program.

What happens when you send an email from any googlemail account to one email address email@desimoron.com? Can you see this email from webmail.desimoron.com? If yes, then the problem is configuration of your local email client.

Very strange problem is that i see from web control panel that the latest is 6.5.0.f-2014041803 but with the command line, I get the latest 6.5.0.f (2014042201)!

While I know now that you are a sincere genius to create problems, I see all the more reasons to use command line.

Hi,

Before ten years, I did something similar, not with qmail though, when Red Hat was a baby.

I think, although I am not sure, that you may achieve this with qmail by using the function of smtproutes.

You need to map IPs to MX domains and then use Domain Routing in Qmail.

That is a function that always existed and is an important function.

I suspect that it is 6.5.0f of 2014-04-17+ version.

You introduced the new system but did not check if it works in all areas, did you? The above problem is just a small test.

I can confirm that it does not work in many areas and what the above user reported is just one of the areas. Look in backup and restore, or else where. It will give the same problem.

I am very happy to have the token system that "reduces hacking possibility" as against non-functioning kloxomr. If it just does not work for anathor half a year, I, or no one else, should not complain.

Very strange problem I saw in the last thirty years of using computers is that administrators began, and got used, to web interfaces while slowly forgetting shell command line.

It is like using calculators and not learning to calculate.

Does anyone know how to fix the problem ?

Yes, I know how to fix the problem:

Just do not use it and it is fixed.

The web interface is like bare minimum that allows a small play and cuddle with services. There is no reason to use web interface for any qmail services. There are many commands available from shell.

Use # qmailctl with stat/start/ etc commands from shell. This will give you a much better control and you will actually see whats happening.

Mustafa has introduced  new POST token system. Now this is not fully tested to work with all areas. But let it not work, no big compains. Better to have a secure Kloxomr with a non-functioning qmail thing than having vulnerable panel, right?

Why trouble Mustafa with this "MEGA microscopic" problem?

No dramatic usage of RAM if set  MAX SMTP INSTANCES to 200 after a day :)

Yes, I knew it. You can even set 1000 instances and things will not change. Better not unless you require and fulfil the prerequisites...

I suspected that the problem was somewhere with old Qmailtoaster rpms and spamdyke with old Kloxo-MR versions until mid. Feb. 2014., until Mustafa recompilied the Qmailtoaster.

I had a similar problem. The problem remained with yum reinstall *toaster but disappeared after yum remove *toaster and yum install *toaster. In this case, I could not confirm this as I did not have any explosive RAM effect due to above yum proceedure.

Conclusion from the above problem is that MAX SMTP INSTANCES, softlimit or crashed queues HAS NO impact qmail-remote.

The problem was in old binaries, config files or PATHS, etc. that got recompiled and reconfigured after the remove/install method. Here yum reinstall does, or did not, not help.

To reduce resource usage, change Spamassassin to Bogofilter.

Bogofilter _MUST_ consume less RAM or CPU tht Spamassassin.

Most likely the problem was not in reinstall or max instances but old binaries that did not correctly get uninstalled. I had something like that as well.

Thats the reason why I advised you the second time "not to reinstall" but remove and install.

Remove and install is not the same as reinstall.

After you change it to Bogofilter, everything should be cooled down and no dramatic usage of CPU of RAM!
