No, I tested sending email from my personal gmail to problematic domain, on kloxo 6.5.0/centos6.
All other domain email works fine in mentioned time, except that problematic domain.

Dear MRatWork,
I noticed the same problem occur again. In one of the post I mentioned that there is also problem with logging to /var/log/maillog but that's other issue, I don't thhink is related. From some reason maillog stops, but after service rsyslog restart, log is fine for few days. So I need to restart rsyslog every few days, when I want to check maillog.

Anyway, today I have problem again with the same domain, menitioned above in previous posts, sender of email receive this message:

I get the same reply on all 5 email addresses on userdomain.com. I check via kloxo, they have plenty of space, all email addresses use only few MB, but have set for 100MB. And still sender receive user is over quota.

But this is not true, in my opinion, maybe you can point me to the right direction.

After restarting of qmail, the same problem.
Then I change from 1GB total mail capacity to 2GB, nothing, same problem.
Then I restart kloxo and everything is fine.

I didn't restart kloxo, before changing to 2GB, but I think that there is somewhere maybe bug or? Maybe  qmail get false alarm of user quota from kloxo?
Can you help?
This is the second time I get the same error for the same user.

What kloxo checking for user quota? Maybe I can manually check?
Is there any code I can check?

Thank you,
problem was in one of domains configuration in
/home/apache/conf/domains/some-domain.net.conf

There was webmail conf inside from old server.
Reason, this client was restored from old kloxo 6.x.

Now I manually fixed (deleted some lines) and everything is fine.

What is the resaon for that? How to prevent?

I only need to watch maillog when something isn't working with mail, so firstly I try to look in maillog, which i notice everytime that it's missing.

This is on version kloxo-mr 6.5.0.

Hi,
I get this error on kloxo-mr 6.5.0.
How to clean this up, tnx.

I think that start occuring when I try to change from:
Webserver config -> PHP type: mod_php_ruid2 to php-fpm_event, click UPDATE.
And then after half hour back to mod_php_ruid2.

that the same thing happen to me, no maillog, just old files maillog-1 and maillog-2,

Acctualy immediately after rsyslog restart, maillog appears.

Yes,
I found all this and in total was ~2,7GB. Total approved disk space was 4GB.
So receiving email's didn't work. Only when I change to 8GB.

Is it bug, or did I miss anything?

Where are located?
/home/example/_processed_stats? This folder is empty.

Also one backup was in
/home/kloxo/client/example/__backup with 800MB file.

This is total of 1,8 GB, and limit was 4GB.

Am I missing some folder/files?

I finally changed Total Disk Usage (MB) from 4000 MB to 8000 MB and now it is fine. Why? For me it seems that 4GB was more than enough.

In kloxo now is:
TotDisk   2.65 GB   7.81 GB
MailDisk   80.4 MB   1000 MB
Mailaccount   8   25
Cdisk   2.65 GB
Mysqldisk   0.4 MB

I checked manually:
/home/example/ 906.8 MB
/home/lxadmin/mail/domains/aberro 80,1MB
/var/lib/mysql/example 388kB

Is there something that I'm missing? Tnx.

Can't receive emails on one domain on kloxo mr 6.5.0.
I can send emails, but can't receive it.

I get this in maillog for test@example.com

What is user_is_over_quota does it have? Where to change?

In Kloxo panel, I can't see anything above normal. I try to restart qmail, change limits, add more in limits, for all mails, for total mail quota, added bandwidth, nothing.

Other domains on this server and emails works normally.

I did not notice this menu NS registration, I overlooked.

This NS registration I forget to change, so ns1 and ns2 was entered but IP address remains from old server. That was the main reason that on some DNS my domain didn't propagate properly.

Do I need to leave they nameservers (ns1.name.com, ns2.name.com, ns3.name.com, ns4.name.com) and  input/add DNS records, similar/same as on my server,
or can I use/somehow "link" to my nameserver.

I understand that for other domains which are on myserver.com, I put on name.com just my nameservers ns1.myserver.com and ns2.myserver.comm and leave dns records empty.

But what for myserver.com which is also buyed on name.com?

How much work is to change from apache to hiawatha on live server with 20-30 domains? (wordpress, drupal, custom scripts, portals, forums)

In cases when one IP address take too much connections to my apache, apache "freeze" stop working.
Then I restart httpd, and immediately check server-status, before foreign address occupies server again.

Here you can see "attacker" with IP address 113.20.118.237 which took 16 connections (in only 6 seconds) on apache to domain1.com.

What is easiest way to prevent this? I'm thinking of writing script which analyse this server-status every one minute and add problematic IP to firewall.
But sometimes, apache/server is so much occupied that server can't open 127.0.0.1/server-status at all .

Can I somehow prevent/analyse with netstat/ss? Thank you.
