permasalahan saya hampir sama gan, muncul dot [.] ganda sendiri di DNS template. ns1.domainsaya.com..., tak masalah awalnya saya edit normal, lalu coba klik General Setting balik ke DNS template muncul lagi dot [.] nya
Nb ; DNS dari awal menggunakan nsd

ditunggu saja update penyembuhnya

but i just run apache in webserver.

and run 

sh /script/cleanup

not fix
and i try

sh /script/upcp -y

not fix too

i have install my own cms, but the machine say

The following extensions are missing:

    - zip shell command

i just install

$ yum install zip unzip -y
$ sh /script/fixphp
$ sh /script/cleanup

but cannot fix .

File Manager --> namefile.html "click" --> Html Edit

i'll try edit some file using Html Editor Menu, and nothing show anything. Good on Edit Menu not on Html Edit menu.
