Belum ada PM dari anda.
Secara umum tidak ada keanehan di server anda.
Kirim access ssh anda ke saya via PM. saya mau lihat apa penyebabnya. Ini karena beberapa menit lalu saya baru selesai install KLoxo-MR 7.0 di OpenVZ VPS dan tidak ada kendala yang ditemukan.
Masalahnya adalah server anda menginstall mysql56u. Seharusnya MariaDB (sesuai Kloxo-MR 7 terakhir). Saya ubah dari mysql ke mariadb karena ada 'keanehan' pada mysql56u. Artinya ada yang 'memaksa' hal ini.
Coba infokan 'dir -l /etc/yum.repos.d; cat /etc/yum.conf'.
Ingat, OS harus kosongan karena jika ada web panel lain bisa menimbulkan masalah (misalnya PLESK panel).
