Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / down server by reached MaxClients

In the last weeks my server downed alternatively with below httpd error log.

Hello,
I have runed one php script that its process needs more than 120 seconds. but I get 500 Internal Server Error after that.

I want to increase it to more than 120 seconds.

I am trying to add my puttygen SSH Authorized Key to kloxo 7 but showng "No SSH Authorized Keys Under localhost" in the list.
Also when I use it by putty, showng "Server refused our key" error...

In Awstats 90% of my (Domains/Countries) is Unknown from [ip] and other (10%) are from [net], [com], [de] and [uk]

This issue is related to DNSLookup.

First I edit '/home/apache/etc/conf/httpd.conf' for add "HostnameLookups On" on it but I lend that enabled DNSLookup will reduce dramatically AWStats update process speed. So I try enable geoip plugin on my Awstats.

I edit '/usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/file/awstats.model.conf' and add below line on it:
LoadPlugin="geoip GEOIP_STANDARD /pathto/GeoIP.dat"

Before that I must install GeoIP on kloxo-mr.

In php5.4 I try 'yum install php54-pecl-geoip' and:

Today I realized that cron of my client's wordpress sites did not any action from my last kloxo-mr update!

I try to run it on browser manually (http://www.domain.com/wp-cron.php) but after 120 seconds appeared below error:

Bellow is my settings:

Add Redirected:
Pointer Domain = domain-x.com
Destination Directory = (blank)
Map Mail = (checked)

Add Parked:
Pointer Domain = domain-y.com
Map Mail = (checked)

After above, Redirect and Park work properly but wen I try sen mail to info@domain-y.com get bellow delivery:

Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / Uploading backup to remote FTP

I have tried to upload client backup to remote server (resellerclub) with below steps:

1. In Ftp Configuration I check "Upload Files to Remote Server". (when I try to update get "could not connect to ftp server" error but when I check "Dont Verify Ftp Credentials" checkbox and retry, It prompts me "successfully updated for client-myclient" and saves my settings.)

2. then I try '/script/backup --class=client --name=myclient'

Now backup is created under /home/kloxo/client/myclient/__backup and I get two emails that one of them says: "Kloxo Backup Succeeded for 'myclient'" and other one has not any title or message.

And from command line backup I get:

1. Is it possible that closed SQL port, creating a problem?
2. What security risk would be if the port is opened?

On var/lib/mysql there is alot file such as mysql-bin.000001 to mysql-bin.000193... they took place about 105GB!
I want to disable MySQL replication for prevent creating these Bin Log files.
