Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / Websites Hacked

Hi, my vps has been hacked and all of my websites have been compromised. It's my fault.

I just want to know how to limit the permission for each website. For the moment, i put all websites under admin account. When the hacker upload the backdoor to one website, he could be able to use that backdoor to control the whole vps and all websites. So it's very important for me to limit the permisson for each site, restrict its own base folder. Please kindly advise. Thank you so much.

All of my domains are using external nameserver. Is my setting correct as below picture?

My domains are using external nameservers like cloudns, cloudflare or else. Actually i don't know how to use dns template in the kloxo-mr.

The strange thing is i'm using the same settings as other VPS, but this one is not working. Did you find out what went wrong.

Sorry, i don't quite get your question. I have pm you the vps info. Could you help check directly?

I'm using the same setting as other vps and only this vps is not working. It could be caused be network settings, but i don't know how to solve it.

Kloxo-mr requires adding a dns template before adding domains. So i made up a primary dns for the main IP address, then starting adding domains.

I don't assign any domains to specific IP address. I know the other domains in the IP will fail due to this.

I'm still not able to solve this issue. Please check my dns template settings. Normally i don't do change anything here.

Sorry, i don't get your question. Do you mean domain config in IPaddress? They are all disabled.

Hi, my vps has 4 IPs, but only may Ip is working with domains. I can use other IPs to connect ssh, but not able to ping the domains resolved to these additional IPs. Please advice what's the problem. Thank you very much.

I have made it work now. Just tried switch back from apache to nigix and then restart or fix web. It's running well for the moment. Will report back if problem occurs. Thank you so much!
