That result was after rebooting couple of times.  

I read in another forum that this could haven if  memory cluster used by yums fastest mirror plugin hasn't released.

In my other 512MB vps,

Looks like Apache reinstalled since it's CentOS 6 i386 minimal. If it's a reason how do I remove it ?

Just have one other question. Right now memory usage is 503 MB. Nothing had installed yet in server except for control panel. Is it normal ? Because it has taken only 266MB in other other server with same version of Kloxo-MR.

I found an old topic where it's mentioned Ipv6 not supported in Kloxo-MR 6.5 but in Wikipedia page about control panels says it's supported. So Wiki page is wrong ?

Okey it didn't worked like in version 6. I switched to djbdns but it didn't work like in version6.

I use this installation guide for both installations

I'm not sure its bind related. Because I have just installed version 7 on a 512MB VPS I have and having the same problem.
