Using Kloxo-MR on light VPS

Hi
I wanna buy a light vps, with below features:
BW : 700GB CPU?: 700Mhz CPU Core : 1 RAM : 512MB

1- What is the best os to run kloxo? (32 or 64bit version)
2- Which version of kloxo-mr is the best for me? (newest or older versions)

1. Use CentOS 6 32bit because RAM less than 1 GB
2. Better Kloxo-MR 7.0 especially possible use less memory panel itself
