Zip shell command

i have install my own cms, but the machine say

The following extensions are missing:

    - zip shell command

i just install

$ yum install zip unzip -y
$ sh /script/fixphp
$ sh /script/cleanup

but cannot fix .

Change 'php used' from 'php71m' to 'php56m'.

Certain application may not compatible with php70/71.

I thought it can be enabled on PHP Modules under admin.

By default, all php versions already enable zip extensions in Kloxo-MR. So, it's something wrong with CMS itself.

i see in PHPmyadmin web server as

but i just run apache in webserver.

and run 

sh /script/cleanup

not fix
and i try

sh /script/upcp -y

not fix too

Create phpinfo.php file with content '<?php phpinfo();?>' and then execute this file from browser.

the problem need remove exec from Advanced PHP Configure
