Fresh Install I have few issues but below is my priority issue

When i visit domain.com it gives below error message "
Error 404 - Not Found
The requested page could not be found but may be available again in the future"
But when i use domain.com/index.html it works
Attachment has been added of ftp directory to see file structure
b]Lets encrypt throw the error
"Alert: Create Certificate failed [brandfoxie.com]"
I had run service script of version
It gave 0.8.1
With no error
