wrong unzip after updated to last version

THe other day I update kloxo-MR to last version, I don't know if is related to that but when I unzip *.zip files (using ssh or kloxo-mr) with structure insider folder1 and inside that other subfolder1  ,the unziped files on server looks like folder1/subfolder1, when it should extract folder1 and subfolder1 should be inside folder1.
