Where is apache config located?

Could someone please tell me where is Apache httpd.conf is located? I need to change a number of loaded modules and number of processes. Please.

whereis httpd.conf yielded no results

Httpd module load by their .conf file inside /etc/httpd/conf.d.

Can I ask where do I change the value of StartServers, MinSpareServers, MaxSpareServers, ServerLimit, MaxClients, MaxRequestsPerChild?

Depend on php-type. If using ruid2/suphp, better select 'optimize' in 'php-type' in 'webserver config'. If using php-fpm, better select 'default' and modified php-fpm config with 'custom rule'.
