Whenever domain was registered, My httpd down and start.

Add/change/delete domain will be restart web, dns and mail services via restart queue (in fact, reload in KLoxo-MR 7 and restart process in 6.5.0).

Every change/add/delete domain setting, Kloxo-MR will restart service (depend on an action). So, it's normal.

Yes, it's something trouble if always mail receive for 'restart service' in every 5 minutes (need 'notification' setting).
