When clicking phpMyAdmin get error and DB does not work

Hello.

I recently installed a Kloxo panel - Latest version .

When created a MySQL database and wanted to check to make sure that certain tables were created I got the error

PHP 5.3+ is required
I tried to downgrade by

yum downgrade kloxomr-thirdparty-phpmyadminBut to no result. Still the same issue

The database is also unavailable to the script that I am using it with. I never had this problem. Could anyone please suggest on what to do?

My vps is 512 mb KVM based Centos 6.5 32bit

Two options:
1. Upgrade Kloxo-MR to 6.5.1 with 'yum replace mratwork-release --replace-with=mratwork-testing; yum update; sh /script/upcp'

2. Downgrade phpmyadmin with 'yum downgrade kloxomr-thirdparty-phpmyadmin-4.0.*'
