Urgent unable recevie Mail from Mr-Kloxo (Solved)

Hi

i  try reset passoword from kloxo but i unable recevie reset password link.

There is some problem  with mail setting and also not working in my wordpress site too.

I check in Mail Queues all mail are pending their

how to fix this

i run this command to sh /script/cleanup

Usually because hostname not match with FQDN format.

I manually  change hostname  mywebpage into myblogpage.tk

but still not wroking.

is it require put www ?

You need reboot and then check again hostname.

Better use something like server.myblogpage.tk instead myblogpage.tk. After reboot and hostname no change back to previous, run 'sh /script/fixmail-all; sh /script/restart-mail'.

From http://intodns.com/myblogpage.tk you can see something wrong with MX record!.

Actually i am using two different   vps   one is openvz and for testing l am using  kvm godaddy  beta cloud server (https://cloud.godaddy.com/)

But in openvz   mail working perfectly

This Problem only in godaddy beta cloud server  i think they maybe  block smtp port   in their node

in the cloud system, public ips only in the nat and forward traffic to your node not assign directly to your node, that is why your email not working. you need to change the outgoing ip to your local ip 192.168.x.x in /var/qmail/control/outgoingips

Add '/usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/etc/flag/manualoutgoingips.flg' file if you don't want Kloxo-MR touch/modified '/var/qmail/control/outgoingips' file.

There are main two ip one is PUBLIC IP another one is PRIVATE IP

for example  myblogpage.tk 192.168.x.x

i try everything but still mail not working i try with different ip public, private, dynamic  result is same
