When i try to update my system, I see this error

Yes, it's trouble for Kloxo-MR 6.5 after CentOS 5 became EOL.

So, better update to Kloxo-MR 7.0 (see step B.2 in https://github.com/mustafaramadhan/kloxo/blob/dev/how-to-install.txt).

Or try update with 'yum clean all; yum update --exclude=*-toaster -y'.
