[SOLVED] Unable to access database created for another user

Hi,
i need to access another user's DB.
I'm logged in as user1 and trying to access user2's DB in shell.
mysql -p -u user2_mydb -D user2_mydbtest always gives access denied.
I can access the DB when logged into shell as the user2!

But sorry, it was my mistake! I had just moved to a new server with new IP range, but tried to connect with the other user on the old server
There shouldn't be restrictions this like anyway
