Sub domain error

Hi,

I created a sub domain but I am getting this error. How can I fix this?

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/kloxo/httpd/cp/inc.php on line 58

Did you try 'sh /script/upcp -y'?.

Inform here 'dir -l /etc/yum.repos.d; hostname; hostname -s'.
