Standard Cron job Not work !

I set Standard cron job for every 5 minutes run php file and set from  Admin => Servers => ,,, => CronJob

(simple cron works! but standard not works!!)

Not works !!

Creation don't have any problem!

when i fix to cron every 3 minutes by : Select 3 of minutes + All from other and Successfully set, Not work !

command :   wget -q -O - http://domain.tld/file.php

with that command and set to every 1 min, No problem with simple cron BUT  Standard not work with set to every 3 mins ...

Try the same command for simple amd standard cron and then investigate files inside '/var/spool/cron'

set standard cron with Select 3 of Minutes and all for other BUT saved to /var/spool/cron/*** with this syntax :

3 * * * * wget -q -O - http://domain.tld/file.php

this syntax isn't correct ... i thiks correct is :

*/3 * * * * wget -q -O - http://domain.tld/file.php

when i manually edit /var/spool/cron/***  (without using kloxomr) to save cron whit that correct syntax, Not work too!

how can i manually set cron job?! without kloxomr
