Something is updating index.html and some other files to default kloxo-mr files

This is happening quite a lot now, my domain's index.html is getting updated to Kloxo-MR's default index.html page, and I have no clue on how to fix this.

We updated the server today and are still facing the same issue.

Yes. Then rename your index.html to index.php.

But it is replacing the contents of what my index.html file had, this shouldn't be done right?

My index.html page shouldn't be updated on regular intervals with Kloxo-MR default page

Cleanup always update index.html in document root for every domain with using skeleton.zip.

So, rename index.html to index.php at this moment.

But I didn't run any cleanup script, though it still does that.

Is this an issue, because it is causing a lot of time going my sites down from a lot of hardwork and I need to follow up continously with clients to update their index.html again.

Can this be fixed?

Well for now I will ask my clients to do this step

Kloxo-MR will overwrite index.html but don't touch index.php. So, it's safe for rename index.html to index.php.

I still don't understand why Kloxo-MR would always overwrite the default page?

Having the default Kloxo-MR page is always acceptable, but once the modification is done by user-end why again it would be updated?
