roundcube in kloxo mr version 7 is giving an 500 error

im having issues with roundcube in kloxo mr v7 i makes error 500 i've tried this commands:

sh /script/cleanup; sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/fixwebmail

yum clean all; yum update
but still not working how i do solve this?

the problem appears after put user and passwd in login

Inform here 'dir -al /home/kloxo/httpd/webmail/roundcube'.

But, try 'sh /script/update-roundcube'.
