Try set permissions for /tmp to 755 or 777

Did a restore --list got the same error.
/script/restore --list --accounts=all kloxo-scheduled--6.5-admin-2013-Feb-01-1359696592.tgz
Restore Failed. Reason: : Could not unzip file - dir: /tmp/backupTQgidA; file: kloxo-scheduled--6.5-admin-2013-Feb-01-1359696592.tgz:

If backup something wrong in backup process and then restore possible fail.

Not all 'error' trap/catch by Kloxo.

If all issues related backup process, I will make 'raw-backup' script where database just backup via 'copy' their files (sadly not work for InnoDB engine).

Iam installing Klox-MR right now on 5.9 32bit to rule out a 6.3 64bit problem.

I really only need to use restore on 1 domain / client because I dont know his email password.
I know everyone elses password.

BTW I also tried a backup I made in December which I have restored from before when I went from kloxo to kloxo-mr (so I know that one is a good one), and got same error.

ok under 5.9 32bit I got the contents of the backup when I used --list. So it seems to be something with 6.3 64bit.

Backup for mysql data (by Kloxo) with create sql dump. So, it's a possible problem for huge database.

If you are using myisam engine, you can safety 'backup' with:

Code: [Select]
cd /tmp
service mysqld stop
zip -r9y kloxo-mysql-bck.zip /var/lib/mysql -x /var/lib/mysql/mysql /var/lib/mysql/kloxo /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
service mysqld start

BTW, it's maybe your mysql data corrupt for certain table. Try 'sh /script/mysql-optimize'.

Centos 6 relative for me.

Many 'behaviours' between Centos 5 and 6.

Backup/restore method on Kloxo Official have 'bad' logic. When something wrong on backup/restore and then process stop. I think better when found wrong, process still continue but kloxo create 'report' (log) for error.

I will review about it and implementing backup/restore. I have an idea.

Temporary changed 0700 to 0777 in ./kloxo/httpdocs/htmllib/lib/lxbackuplib.php and restore started. But then I have other error:
Code: [Select]
Restore Failed. Reason: objectclassname_doesnt_match: :
And then found solution from here: https://forum.mratwork.com/kloxo-mr-tips-and-tricks/backup-from-kloxo-6-1-12-and-import-in-kloxo-mr/30/
