Restore on Kloxo 7

i uploaded on my server, but when i restore error: check book(Already Present under client:"client name". Will Not be Restored).
After check and next, then error:"(Already Present under client:"client name. Will Not be Restored)"
now, i can't restore!

Example, you have domain1.com under client1. With restore, you try restore domain1.com under client2.

i uploaded file backup on filie manager on domain1.com, after i login kloxo panel(client for domain1.com)-> backup& restore-> choice this file. But i can't restore!

Did you try restore under 'admin'?

yeah, i restore for client!.
Now, after update my vps not active web service! only ago tomorow!
i'm try cleanup/fixweb/update but not thing change!

Inform here from 'sh/script/restart-all -y'.

something else to try:

goto "Switch program" from admin page in kloxo.

for webserver: choose none, and update,
now choose the service you want and update again,
now make sure the service started either through kloxo or SSH access.

see now if the webserver is again working!
