Receive Email Issue!

After upgrade to final kloxo-mr I had a problem with qmail and I can not connect to my mail accounts (clients and webmail) some times.
I have try 'yum remove *-toaster; yum install *-toaster; sh /script/fixmail-all' and issue solved.

Today I realized that my kloxo cannot receive email from external emails anymore ( but send email and receive from internal emails still OK)

- In the Services dovecot is disabled but qmail is enabled
- Received emails don't save on the mail queue
- Thousands of below error loged on /var/log/qmail/ "imap4-ssl" & "imap4" & "pop3-ssl" & "pop3 & smtp" :

Restarting qmail:
* Stopping qmail-smtpd.
* Sending qmail-send SIGTERM and restarting.
* Restarting qmail-smtpd.

Make sure content of '/var/qmail/control/locals' only 'localhost' and then reboot.
