Test your domain via intodns.com especially for reverse-dns.

Ok, tested it.
Your reverse (PTR) record:
xxx.xx.xxx.xxx.in-addr.arpa ->  static.xxx.xx.xxx.xxx.clients.your-server.de
You have reverse (PTR) records for all your IPs, that is a good thing.

All the records are fine, the only thing that could be the problem (just guessing) is that I'm using CloudFlare so all my traffic is going through CloudFlare and not directly. My servers IP address is not appearing anywhere.. Only the CloudFlare's IP addresses. This one from the reverse DNS is probably from my hosting company, since I rented a server in Germany so they've setup  reverse DNS for all their servers.
The reverse DNS IP and the NameServer IP are not the same.
Would that be OK if I tell you my domain so you can check it out yourself? If it isn't against the forum rules..

Try use dns setting without cloudflare until all running well.

Hi!
Today I got the message from kloxo@myserver.com. My server actually sent me a message notifying me that there is a Kloxo update and it was delivered to my yahoo mail successfully. Again, I tried the contact form on my website and the error occurred.. I'm really confused right now..

Also, I've setup my custom nameservers and tried running it without cloudflare. Website works fine, intodns says that everything is OK with my nameservers and reverse DNS but I still got the error..

Did you mean error send if using 'contact form' in your website?.

Try send mail 'help desk' in Kloxo-MR panel and from webmail.yourdomain.com.

When I send a message through Help Desk, it is delivered. I get the message from kloxo@xxx.xx.xxx.xxx. When I login to roundcube and create new message, it also gets delivered. I get the message from postmaster@myXXXXXXdomain.com . It appears that I just can't force wordpress to use qmail.. Now I'm confused..

So, it's mean something wrong with your wordpress. Check wordpress config for mail where using sendmail or smtp for sending mail.

OK.. Here's what created the problem. I moved my existed website to my new Kloxo server. My website was configured to use my Yahoo email address for contact form and newsletter forwards and it worked fine. Now that I moved it to the Kloxo server it triggered all the possible SPAM filters. I just edited my wordpress website to use my postmaster@domain.com email address instead of Yahoo and it started working. Still.. when I try to enable email forwarder in my KloxoMR panel to forward all the messages from postmaster@domain.com to my Yahoo email and it doesn't work.
Obviously, the qMail server is working. It sends and receives messages but it is not passing any SPAM filter, either Google's, Yahoo's or any else..
I've managed to make it work partially, but this still isn't the proper solution..
I will just need to keep trying....
