Problem nginxproxy?

I am using Nginx Proxy. My forum (Xenforo) has some problems. When I refresh page, sometime login-username is not mine, but another username. I guess it might be cache problem. Please help me.

Try update your Kloxo-MR with 'yum clean all; yum update -y' and then 'sh /script/cleanup'.

If your forum application using cache plugins, try clear their cache and or disable and enable back.
