Two different therms in Qmail-toaster. Term 'send' and 'stmp'/'submission'.

Qmail using 'send' for sending mail from local but when using mail client (like thunderbird), qmail using smtp or submission (depend on port).

So, what's you mean 'sending mail'?

This looks really ugly. This is not related to Qmail-toaster. We need to just add HTML format with UTF-8 encoding instead of simple text.
