PHP Timezone settings change

Hi there,

After sh /script/fixphp or fixall, PHP timezone settings always returned to Europe/London. I will always go back to my settings Europe/Amsterdam. How to do it. My php 5.4.40 and is php_fpm_event.

Copy  /home/phpini/tpl/php.ini.tpl to /home/phpini/tpl/custom.php.ini.tpl and then change 'date.timezone' in custom.php.ini.tpl.

After that, run fixphp or fixall.
