ran "sh /script/fixphp; sh /script/fixskeleton" but it didn't change the htaccess so I've manually changed it and it works.

I've still having issue with "Too many open files". I have to run this "sh /script/mysql-optimize --select=repair" to fix it every times. And it's happening a lot. Is there anyway to solved this.

If I do this to etc/my.cnf then it works but I continue to get error for login all the email accounts.

Your issue related to database corrupt. Remember, using '--select=repair' not work if your database using innodb as storage-engine.

Until 7.0.0.c release, every update need running 'sh /script/cleanup'.

I am not checking "Too many open files". because using MariaDB, your my.cnf is /etc/my.cnf.d/server.cnf instead /etc/my.cnf. That it.

Everytimes I ran sh /script/cleanup it changed the hosts file back again. Is there a way to not have it do that?
