No longer can log into email after update

Webmail/Roundcube is not giving me this error:
Connection to storage server failed.

I didn't see /home/vpopmail/bin/dominfo but /home/vpopmail/bin/vdominfo and I hope that's what you meant. And indeed it was enough. So I ran "sh /script/reset-mysql-root-password YOURNEWPASSWORD".

I checked email with webmail/roundcube and still get "Connection to storage server failed." With Thunderbird and still get "this user has no $HOME/Maildir".

I checked the "vdominfo" again and it's still empty.

After reset mysql root password, try 'sh /script/fixmail-all; sh /script/restart-mail -y'.

then ran sh /script/fixmail-all; sh /script/restart-mail -y

When restart-mail running got this

kept on and on

Webmail//Roundcube still "Connection to storage server failed."
Thunderbird still "this user has no $HOME/Maildir"
vdominfo still empty

Yes, already fixed. There some database was corrupt and need 'sh /script/mysql-optimize --select=repair'.

Thank you so much MRatWork. Just curious, what happened? Is it because of the update? I am so afraid to touch it now. It seems like every times I update I have issues. I think I will leave it alone without updating anymore. Is it ok not to update it anymore at least for 5 years? :-)

Also did this solved the "Too many open files" thing too.

Until 7.0.0.c release, every update need running 'sh /script/cleanup'.

I am not checking "Too many open files". because using MariaDB, your my.cnf is /etc/my.cnf.d/server.cnf instead /etc/my.cnf. That it.

Yes. Need run 'sh /script/fixphp; sh /script/fixskeleton' to change to latest info in .htaccess.

I selected the php versions and then updated it but it doesn't stick. Is that why it's not working? What can I do?
