Need help to add SSL from godaddy

I have just offerd ssl for my domain from godaddy. They send me two file .crt. But i really dont know how to add them to my domain in Kloxo MR. I need some help

You need 3 files or more where 1 file is key file, 1 file is domain file and 1 or more are intermediate.

They said your private key was generated when you create your csr! I have used textfile to add ssl but cant access my ssl domain! May you have some idea?

My steps to config ssl
1. Add ssl from SSL Certificates in client Manager
2. Go to domain manager > domain > SSL Certificates> Add SSL Text
Key - Private key = private key generated in step 1
Certificate (---CERTIFICATE---) = code copy from xxxx.ctr
Certificate Authority/Intermediate (---CERTIFICATE---)= code copy from gd_bundle-xx.crt (from Godaddy)
3. restart web

No, i must change nginx to apache, cache server none, after that change apache to nginx, cache server none, and last change cache server to varnish, restart-all and done. I really dont know why...
