Mysql permission problem

Hello all!
I have problem with mysql permissions.
I use kloxo-mr latest version.
I have openvz vps.
I have been installed CentOS 5.x and CentOS 6.x, but nothing changed.
In phpmyadmin i seen type of permissions - wildcard, but i need global.
How to fix this?
( Sorry for my bad language ).
P.S There is a screenshoot.

No reason to make global. Every user able access to db if they know username and password.

You can set to global if you enable 'GRANT' on privileges.
