Dear admin,
Please help me. My server mysql down automatically, need to restart server fro ssh.

Im face this problem after yum update command.

After yum update its install new kloxmr update file, after install install i got this problem. yum cleanup not work. Even sh /script/sysinfo command not work also.

Here is my Putty screenshot after command yum cleanup. I see upcp and fix-all command works.

N.B: Specail thanks to MR for previous help. He saved my big data.

Did you mean 'yum clean all' or 'sh /script/cleanup'?.

yum clean all works well but sh/script/cleanup and also sh /script/upcp not work.

fix-all; fix related command works. not check every command.
---------------
update : still not work.

Try 'yum clean all; yum update kloxomr7 -y; yum update -y'. If no found error, try 'sh /script/upcp -y' (it's for re-install Kloxo-MR).

Try 'yum clean all; yum update kloxomr7 -y; yum update -y'. If no found error, try 'sh /script/upcp -y' (it's for re-install Kloxo-MR).

sh /script/upcp -y not work. its hang on when install mariaDB install 1/5.

How long to be waiting until you tell 'hang'?.

Try open 2 ssh session/windows. One with execute 'top' and other with execute 'sh /script/upcp -y'.

It's not related to KLoxo-MR install process but maybe something wrong with your system like limiting CPU allocation and or HDD speed.

At 10 ago, I was installed Kloxo-MR 7.0 in dedicated server. No issue I found.

Possible 'bad' OS template. And or network setting issue in your provider and or issue in resolv.conf.

Remember, your previous server problem?.

Re: mysql down, need to restart server and also cleanup not work
« Reply #10 on: 2015-03-14, 14:53:02 »
Yes, i remember and thanks for your help. I just move my backup files and reload again. But my server company said, its about my vm settings. They have no problem from their end.

but, cleanup and upcp not work now. If i hit that command, my server going down, like httpd, php-fpm, mysql. I dont want to hit that command again. Its production server :D

Anyway,
I just solve this problem, after fix-all command and change first php branch, change php-fpm, change webserver and set again my previous settings then reboot. Kloxo works fine now.

Thanks.
