memory limit stuck at 128M

Hello
I'm tried to change memory limit to 512M as I will deal with large images
I change it from Kloxo panel and from etc/php.ini and I searched for other files name php.ini and changed it but nothing happens, any help ?

Not sure for your Kloxo-MR 7.0, but no problem in latest update.

Did you change 'memory limit' from 'advanced php configure'?.

I didn't found this issue.

from header  Basic->PHP Configure » localhost   then Advanced PHP Configure
then set Memory Limit  to 512M then update
