Would it be possible to create server1 and serve2 where serve 2 will be updated with all files and information from server1; so if the server1 stops users can still access server2.

There are outside of KLoxo-MR job. Try using 'sync' application between 2 website.

In your scenario you need 3 vps -> 1 for frontend and 2 or more for real data.
