mailserver not sending & receiving mails

Not_allowed_to_perform_deliveries_as_root.

Tried these all

I tried reseting mysql password.
then i wasnt able to login
then i reset master password then it was giving error
then i used

panel login again but same webmail problem .

tried this also

Still Not sending not receiving mails.

it was vps.xxxxx.ovh.net.

new error now i cant add anydatabase. its showing

Are you sure username and password are not wrong for database?.

but still not able to send and recive any emails

In sysinfo, you see '- Hostname: vps'. Need modified /etc/sysconfig/network and /etc/hosts.
