Mails stucked in queue

Hi
All my outgoing mails are stucked in queue

What to do
Please help asap

I have reinstalled fixed and restarted
but still same problem
mails are still in queue

My mails where stuck in queue too, with Mustafa instruction is solved but came out that error anyway which I fix it too :)

Have you read viewtopic.php?f=15&t=9426 ?.

Possibility for 'Sorry,_I_wasn't_able_to_establish_an_SMTP_connection._(#4.4.1)/' is your server config not match as description in above link or another applications use smtp port (application conflicts).

Mustafa: No password for any email account works
due to which no one can retrieve any pop mail
MySQL password was also been changed I dont now what was the default password

Using qmail-toaster - fix '/home/vpopmail/etc/vpopmail.mysql'
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I am stuck up
What should I do now

I again used twice

sh /script/cleanup
sh /script/fix-all
sh /script/restart-all

Now Webmail started working but and POP is also working

But all outbound Mails are again stucked in queue
and following this maillog:

Maybe need the 'hard' trick where remove *-toaster and install again toaster.

I have just contacted my VPS Provider if they have implement some sort of block on my VPS
Once I get response from them I will send you the SSH access for you to checkup

BTW Is this mailserver on Kloxo-MR (i.e qmail) an open relay
