Mail sending Error

I have problems sending emails. Here is the error. Can anyone help?

I upgraded from a version I installed on January 12 and also upgraded Qmail Toaster.

Have you run 'sh /script/cleanup' after update?. Also reboot after convert qmail-lxcenter to qmail-toaster?.

1. Use various webmail where you can send to your self (ex: admin@domain.com) and to remote (ex: to gmail account).

2. Set your admin@domain.com on your mail client (ex: thunderbird) and the same way send to your self and to remote

I cant access webmail, have topic opened and waithing for answer...

Same error here. Sending email over SMTP is no longer working after the upgrade to qmail-toaster-1.03-1.3.22.mr.el5 and the latest version of Kloxo-MR. The server is also using SpamAssassin.

It seems that the connection over port 25 works fine but the server is no longer recognizing the user because the log shows "vpopmail user not found". My best guess is that something in the configuration files is missing. Sending emails over Roundcube/Webmail works fine.

The Problem also exists when the firewall is switched off. There is a connection to the server as there is a log entry " vpopmail[5794]: vchkpw-submission: vpopmail user not found xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx <mailto:xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx>:188.22.98.81". I have tried several mail clients apple mail, thunderbird, and it used to work before and no settings were changed at all.

For all having trobules with this just run these commands:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/qmail stop
sed -i 's/-u vpopmail/-u root/g' /var/qmail/supervise/submission/run
sed -i 's/-g vpopmail/-g root/g' /var/qmail/supervise/submission/run
sed -i 's/-u vpopmail/-u root/g' /var/qmail/supervise/smtp/run
sed -i 's/-g vpopmail/-g root/g' /var/qmail/supervise/smtp/run
sed -i 's/-u vpopmail/-u admin/g' /var/qmail/supervise/spamd/run
/etc/rc.d/init.d/qmail start
And all will work

/script/cleanup might be needed too because of maildrop bug - just wait till yum info httpd then you can kill this process. Make sure to backup your /etc/php-fpm.d, /home/apache and /home/nginx folders because they will be removed.

Make sure all is working:

If yes no need to reboot.
