kloxo-mr7,customer can access directory

installed kloxo-mr7(mod_rewrite module work fine and .htaccess work),add a new website,the website directory like follow:
--application
----config
----module
----load.php
----.htaccess
--template
----js
----css
----.htaccess
--.htaccess

the .htaccess like the follow:
Order deny,allow
Deny from all

customer visit xxx.com/application/,the website list all directory.
customer must not be able to access the directory
how can I fix the problem?

How to setting the cpanel that customer can't view the file directory when visit the url like xxx.com/application/

Error 403 - Forbidden' if not exist index.html or index.php
