Again, too make sure your KLoxo-MR is 2014040405 with testing via 'rpm -q kloxomr'. Need update to 2014040405 for running 'sh /script/php53s-installer; sh /script/fixlxphp.exe'.

First of all, thank you for your reply, I have asked the service providers to provide backup, but still need to give you a friendly advice. Kloxomr need to develop better, when you update the program need to be more rigorous so as to avoid causing too many problems?You were writing help documentation needed to avoid the user to perform the wrong operation.

Also, you need a sound different versions of kloxo-mr, not force users to upgrade to the latest version. Maybe you need more people to join your team, so as to have a better development.

We could not find any mysql back up of databases in the server. Please take the necessary back up by login in to your server and get back to us if you need reinstallation of the OS.

Data lost it? This is the server provider gave me the reply I did not delete any files.

Reinstall OS (aka 'reload') will be destroy your all data (all including OS itself).
