how to fix new ip

Actually i am having a old vps server with kloxo. but that plan get full hence i have changed plan and restored new plan using snapshot . but now using ip of new vps plan  i unable to login using http://xx.xx.xx.x(new ip address):7778 . so please tell me how to fix that ip address so that i will login using new ip address.

Is it using Kloxo (official) or Kloxo-MR?. They have little bit different for handle IPs.
