How to block such SPAM ?

Someone is sending SPAM from my domain despite spamdyke, spamassassin and all checkmarks set to on:

Have u found any solution? I also have spamassasin enabled..

Mustafa Can I add blocking by "topic" or "keywords". Such options are available in spamd.
