how to add startapi SSL

i am try to add SSl Certificate and need your help to success it .
this message shown to me
" Alert: Create Certificate failed [egyptadviser.com] "

what is the true steps to add startapi SSL ?
i am created account on startssl.com and validated domain egyptadviser.com

what i do now or what is the problem ?

Investigate in 'log manager' for 'letsencrypt'. Most problem with letsencrypt is user make redirect for their website.

Run 'sh /script/startapi.sh-account' to add account key (after register to startssl.com).

For acme.sh, run 'rm -rf /root/.acme.sh/; sh /script/acme.sh-installer' and then run 'exec bash' or reboot.

letsencrypt is added but "https://egyptadviser.com/" not respond, it's will take some time or it need any another steps ?

and i have in StartAPI setting in my startssl.com account

so what is "<key-link> <key-password> <token>" ? what i put in this fields?
what is key-link and from where get key password ?
