How to add a New subdomain in kloxo but domain in other Hosting ?

Good evening, Admin and everyones !
I have a simple question as follow:

I had domain www.mydomain.com, was hosting in server A with IP: x.x.x.x
Now I need  sub.mydomain.com in Kloxo server B with IP : y.y.y.y

How can I config my DNS ?

In serverA, add 'A record' in for 'sub', 'ns1.sub' and 'ns2.sub' under 'mydomain.com' dns setting. Also 'NS record' for 'sub' with refer to 'ns1.sub.mydomain.com' and 'ns2.sub.mydomain.com'.

In serverB, create dns for 'sub.mydomain.com' with 'A record' to 'ns1' and 'ns2' and 'NS record' for this ns.

But I mean in this case, in Kloxo server B (hosting for subdomain), in the domain Tab :

Do I have to create "mydomain" or  "sub.mydomain" first ?

Bcs If I create "mydomain" first , DNS record will auto mapping "mydomain" - y.y.y.y
If I create "sub.mydomain" first, its did not appear my main domain for adding

With create 'A record' for 'sub', 'ns1.sub' and 'ns2.sub' and also 'NS record' for 'sub' that mean you want delegate sub.mydomain.com to serverB. This trick as the same as delegate your 'mydomain.com' from domain registrar to serverA.

Because this delegate, you don't need dns declare for 'mydomain.com' in serverB. Enough dns declare for 'sub.mydomain.com'.

I've alreade had domain 'maindomy.com' in serverB too. So, i'm hosting 2 clients in Kloxo-ServerB.
How can I config DNS in serverB with:

subdomain: 'my.subdomain.com'
