How can i start iptables in kloxo Mr?

iptables.kloxosave

i want block ip in iptables but in service can't show start iptables

My system Centos 5.9 x64

i never try centos 5 x64.
Maybe you can try /etc/init.d/iptables start

if you check it from kloxo panel @ services tab
you just see red icon (not run)
but actually iptables still run well :D
