How can I disable MySQL replication?

On var/lib/mysql there is alot file such as mysql-bin.000001 to mysql-bin.000193... they took place about 105GB!
I want to disable MySQL replication for prevent creating these Bin Log files.

I am not sure, but learn about '/etc/my.cnf' file (config file for mysql).
