Install hiawatha urltoolkits collections with:

yum install hiawatha-addons -y
cp -f /opt/hiawatha/urltoolkit/* /opt/configs/hiawatha/conf/toolkits
and then you will see .conf files inside /opt/configs/hiawatha/conf/toolkits.

If you want modified, please copy to other file (example wordpress.conf to wordpress2.conf) and then modified wordpress2.conf with change 'ToolkitID' to different name. And then you can call urltoolkit via .hiawatha inside document root ('/home/<client>/<domain>') with content 'UseToolkit = wordpress2'
