Which configuration file should be set up? I set a lot of times to no avail.

URLToolkit must declare inside each domain config. Modified /home/hiawatha/tpl/domains.conf.tpl with 'customize rule'.

I just declare inside each domain config., But every time I restart hiawatha or repair php, it will restore the original configuration.

Add custom rules?

Copy domains.conf.tpl to custom.domains.tpl and then modified this custom file. Run 'sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web'. Kloxo-MR will be read/use this custom file if exist. This is 'customize rule'.
