Hiawatha php conf

My English is bad. I am not an expert in servers.

I install on a vps kloxoMR smoothly. Centos 6.5 64 bits. Version: 6.5.0.f-2014091101.
I add virtual host hiawatha.conf. PHP runs as root on the server.
PHP does not work in my domain. www.graduadosuba.org and enovedades.com.
I try switching to apache, but no change.
I can reinstall everything if necessary.
I do not modify php.ini. I will not do that.
I will appreciate any help.

You added the host manually?  If that is what you did, go to the panel and add a domain under admin.

Use Kloxo-MR 7.0.0 instead 6.5.0.

I did not do anything manually.
I followed instructions with yum and then I did everything from the panel.
In panel Update Home say Latest Version:   6.5.0.f-2014091101.
I do not know how to install or upgrade to version 7.

I reinstall the vps and put version 7.
I switch to apache.
I had several issues I was working out, I had to reinstall bind.
I use:
http://www.servermom.org/kloxo-mr-basic-configuration/1851/
I continue with the problem of not running from php page. I change suphp by php-pfm www.graduadosfiuba.org worker and now gives me download while in www.enovedades.com html but not php works.
I do not know how to fix this.
What will happen when you create a subdomain or another domain ??
