help change Hiawatha homepage to domain File Manager homepage

I have a domain name under admin account (not under reseller account or customer account).

The homepage for this domain name show the Hiawatha server webpage (see screenshot below).

How do I change the Hiawatha homepage to another html file in the domain File Manager? There is a Kloxo-MR html page in the domain File Manager but that page doesn't display as the homepage, only the Hiawatha page does.

Try select/switch web and dns in 'switch program' and also 'php branch' and 'php type' in 'webserver config'.

Try select/switch web and dns in 'switch program' and also 'php branch' and 'php type' in 'webserver config'.

In admin > Switch Program I selected nginx for web and left bind for dns.
In admin > Web server config I selected php54 as php-branch.

Now do I run the following command so that php-fm works?

'sh /script/fixphpfpm; sh /script/restart-services' if using php-fpm.

Run restart-services restart web services (htttpd or others and including php-fpm).
